We started LexyLabs because we love to take an idea to market and watch brands grow with people we truly enjoy working with. The proof is in every item we produce.

Our MOQ is just 5 gallons for stock formulations (around 640 filled 1oz bottles, airless pumps or jars). Custom formulations may have higher MOQs depending on the project requirements. Don't worry, we're here to help find the best solutions for your project that meet your timeline, costing and market needs!

1. Meet our sales staff - every project starts with a comprehensive meeting to understand how we can deliver exactly what your market demands.
2. Choose your formulation - whether selecting from our stock library or having a custom/contract manufactured product produced, you'll need to approve a sample and refer to the approved lot/batch number on your PO.
3. Decide how you want your product shipped - will we ship in bulk pails/drums for you to fill, or will LexyLabs fill, label, carton and ship finished goods? We excel at both.
4. Select your packaging - choose from stock dropper bottles, airless pumps or jars, or provide your own. We're also here to work on your custom-packaging project with you using our vetted packaging and labeling supplier network and always verify your packaging is compatible with our filling, labeling and cartoning equipment.
5. We do the rest! Once your project specs are confirmed and any required deposits are received, we'll order required materials and provide you a ship date.

We offer some of the fastest turnarounds in the industry, with turnkey reorders from existing customers shipping within a 2-3 weeks. We're always here to accommodate an emergency rush, as well.

For new projects with custom components, lead time depends on:

• How fast samples are approved by the customer
• Custom packaging lead times
• Custom raw material lead times

We are experts in supply-chain management and find creative solutions to get your product to market by your deadline. We also offer storage of your custom packaging to reduce reorder lead times for existing products. Our vetted packaging supplier network also allows us to respond to unexpected increases in demand by utilizing domestic suppliers for urgent requirements and foreign suppliers for cost advantages where timelines allow.
